2011 - THE PARLOR IS RESTORED

The restoration of the mansion’s parlor, the least formal of the public rooms designed by Joseph Burr Tiffany, was completed in time for the 2011 tour season. Conservation work included cleaning and conservation measures for the woodwork, along with wall coverings, color analysis, and extensive plaster repair and painting of the ceiling.
